1. Trimming settings of the rudder
If the copter starts rotating into one direction autonomously, trim
it to the opposite direction with the trimming stickt underneath
the rudder stick.
2. Trimming settings of the nick movement
If the copter flies autonomously for-or backwards, press the trim-
ming next to the gear stick.
3. Trimming settings for the rolling movement
If the copter slightly hover left or right, press the trimming next to
the rolling stick.
Tips for Beginners
- Use a training rack at first (saves many spare parts)
- Use high quality tools (such as WiHa screwdrivers) for adjustments or repairs. With cheap tools one has no fun and only turns the screws out
or you do not get the screws at all.
Care and Maintenance
• Although the model is a highly complex system, maintenance is limited to just a few points.
• After every flight, check the model for visible damage and replace any defective parts immediately. This is especially true for rotating
parts.
• To minimize the wear of moving parts, they must be regularly cleaned and lubricated.
• Although the bearings are relatively insensitive to soiling, they must nevertheless be regularly checked and, if necessary, cleaned or
replaced.
• Silicone-free silicone oil is recommended for gears and open-running bearings, as is also used for the lubrication of open-running chains.
This will dry out after a few minutes, so no dirt or dust can stick to the freshly lubricated components.
• Before disassembling parts, it is advisable to take one or more photos (also from other viewpoints). This allows you to focus on any pro-
blems that may occur.
