How to use bottom burner / oven 

1.a. 

Light  the  bottom  burner  /  oven  in  the  manner  as  stated  in 
point  A.1.1.a.  After  the  burner  is  lit,  leave  it  for  around  10 
minutes  so  that  the  temperature  in  the  oven  is  evenly 
distributed.  

1.b. 

Open  the  oven  door  and  put  the  cooking  ingredients  on  the 
oven shelf.  

1.c. 

Adjust  the  required  temperature  by  rotating  the  bottom 
burner / oven knob.  

1.d. 

Cooking  process  can  be  observed  from  the  oven  window 
using oven  lighting. Turn on the oven lamp by pressing lamp icon. (Figure 11)

On  some  models  there  is  a  fan  in  the  oven  which  works  to 
circulate  heat  throughout  the  oven  cavity  and  makes  the  heat 
more evenly during the cooking process. (Figure 8a).

Remember that cooking utensils with wide bottom will cook food faster than those with narrower 
bottom surface. 

 

NOTES: 
- 

For unit without oven lamp, observe the cooking process by opening the oven door. Do not 
do this repeatedly, however, because it will reduce the temperature inside the oven.  

- 

Do  not  put  the  food  directly  on  the  drip  pan  for  cooking.  Drip  pan  can  only  be  used  to 
collect oil drip during the grill process.
