Bad weather conditions
In case of rain, using the wipers in fast
speed may solve the problem. In all other
poor weather conditions, wait until bad
weather conditions pass.
CAUTION: Bad weather
conditions and other situations
that hamper system visibility
also aggravate general driving
conditions. Drive carefully!.
Windshield is dirty –
impaired visibility
1. Clean windshield using wipers.
2. If the source of obstruction is on the inside
of the windshield, carefully remove the
detachable bottom part of the Windshield
Mount, clean the relevant area of the
windshield, and carefully re-install the
Mount. If after restarting the vehicle, the Low
Visibility icon is still ON, contact AWS-4000
service center.

Condensation inside the
Windshield Mount
1. Ventilate the front windshield using the
vehicle’s air-conditioning system.
2. Open the windows to clear the
condensation.
Low visibility conditions
1. Check for obstructions near the Camera
Unit, and remove them.
2. Low visibility warnings should cease when
the weather clears.

no alerts are needed
Keep driving safely!
System is muted (the
‘Mute’ indicator will be ON) Raise volume level or press the Mute button
to un-mute the system.
No audio alerts
are heard
Volume level is too low
Raise volume level by pressing the “+”
button.
No LDW alerts
1. You are driving at a speed
below 55 km/h (34 mph)
2. LDW function is manually
disabled

2. Re-activate the LDW alerts by setting LDW
