4 Machine timing Synchronisation in 4 steps
The machine timing is sychronised to the mechanics in 4 steps
1. Step 1.
Check the position of the Unlock unit towards the center of the first receiverset basket, fig. 13
a. The distance(1) must be 40mm.
b. Change the distance by moving the Sensor(2) in position.
NOTE
a
The correct end-postion of the unlock unit is marked in the receiverset frame (3)
c. Check the postion by starting and stopping the machine once.
2. Step 2.
Check the postion of the Egg check Photocell.
a. In stop postion the distance between the unlock unit and the Egg Check photocell must be 405mm.
