Overrange positive
or negative signal.
A shorted transducer or a
damaged interconnect cable
(transducer to electronics
module).
Measure supply voltages at the
connector.
Inspect cable and transducer.
Replace, if necessary.
Measurement
slowly goes
positive over time.
Overpressure and/or a build-up
of contamination in the
measurement cavity.
Return to MKS for servicing or
transducer replacement.
Unstable zero
output.
The ambient temperature may be
too high.
or
The ambient temperature is
varying over a wide range.
