Chapter Five: Maintenance

General Information

Periodically check for wear on the cables and inspect the enclosure for visible signs of damage.

How To Clean the Unit

Periodically wipe down the unit with a damp cloth.

Maintenance

Should any difficulty be encountered in the use of this instrument, it is recommended that you
contact any authorized MKS Calibration or Service Center, listed on the back cover, for repair
instructions.

Note

MKS recommends that you do not attempt to repair the transducer signal
conditioner electronics since replacement or movement of many PC board
components may require complete recalibration of the unit.
