Operating Procedures
• The Axis Tool Arm is equipped with a PO check valve in the main cylinder lines to prevent the
arm from drifting when in operation.
• Rotating action of the cutter hitch allows the cutter to follow the contour of the ground. Posi-
tion the cutter control valve to float position.
• If the attachment encounters a rigid object, the breakaway device will disengage. When this
happens STOP the PTO and
stop the tractor and remove the keys!
Manually return the
cutter to it’s correct position and replace the Shearbolt (1/4”x3”) Grade #2. [Fig # 1]
Do not operate or have the cutter running in a raised position!
Do not exceed PTO Speed of 540 RPM!
