CUTTING WITH THE CUTTING HEAD LOCKED DOWN
This method is preferred when cutting small objects.
BX-3 ADJUSTMENT

Lock Cutting Head in the
down position.

Reposition adjustable Cut-
ting Guide. Align 45° slots
to Ruler/Stop.

Slowly push piece toward
blade to cut.

Position work below
Cutting Head.

Set material against adjust-
able Cutting Guide and
Ruler/Stop.
(C)
Slowly push piece toward
blade to cut.
Turn OFF saw.
(C)
Lock Cutting Head in the
down position.
ANGLE CUTS
Angle Cuts may be performed using the Step Cut, Chop Cut or the Locked Cutting Head cutting
methods. The following is utilizing the Locked Cutting Head method.
DO NOT FORCE TOOL, it will do the
job better and safer at the rate for
which it was designed.
