Miyachi America provides a repair service for both warranty and non-warranty repairs.  Call the Customer 
Service Department at the telephone number shown in the Foreword of this manual for a Return 
Material Authorization number.  All equipment to be returned to Miyachi America for repair must be 
shipped PREPAID.
