OPERATING PROCEDURE

7. Removing the side panels (right and left)

(1) Remove the air intake grilles. (See Figure 1, 2)

(2) Remove 1 side panel fixing screw (4

10 ST) from each

side panel.

(3) Unhook the side panel support hanger, and then slide

the side panel forward to remove it.

6. Removing the sirocco fans (3-connection side)

(1) Remove the air intake grilles. (See Figure 1, 2)

(2) Remove the beam. (See Photo 1)

(3) Pull down the electrical box cover. (See Photo 1)

(4) Remove the electrical box. (See Photo 2)

(5) Remove the beam. (See Photo 8)

(6) Remove the casings by removing 12 catches (3 cases

each with 4 catches). (See Photo 5).

(7) Loosen the set screws that hold the connecting joint. (See

Photo 4)

(8) Remove 4 bearing support fixing screws (4

10 ST)

while holding the sirocco fans. (See Photo 9)

(9) Remove the sirocco fans together with the shaft by slid

ing the connecting joint to the left-hand side. (See Photo

10)

(10) Remove the sirocco fans from the shaft by loosening

the hexagon set screw (*) .

For more details on how to loosen the screw, see Photo

6 and Photo 7.

<Caution>

While removing the sirocco fans, be sure to hold both

the shaft and the sirocco fans by hand to prevent the

sirocco fans and shaft from falling. For safety reasons,

this procedure must be performed by two persons.

8. Removing the vane motor (gear box)

(1) Remove the air intake grilles. (See Figure 1, 2)

(2) Remove the side panel (right). (See Figure 4, 5)

(3) Remove the vane motor (gear box) lead wire connector

from the vane motor.

(4) Remove the vane motor (gear box) by removing 2 vane

motor (gear box) fixing screws (4

10 ST).
