Check of damper

When the left lamp of OPERATION INDICATOR lamp flashes 15-time.
Indoor unit and outdoor unit do not operate.

Turn OFF the power supply.

After performing the check, make sure to release the failure mode recall function.

or closing movement of the damper?

Turn ON the power supply.

Is the resistance value normal each?

Turn OFF the power supply.
Measure the resistance according to 10-5.
1.Measure the resistance of the damper lock motors (ML1, ML2).
2.Measure the resistance of the damper motor (MV2).

Replace the indoor
electronic control
P.C. board.

Replace the motor
that indicates the
abnormal value.

Replace either or both damper
limit switches (open, close) as
follows.
1) No : Replace the damper
limit switch (open) .
2) No : Replace the damper
limit switch (close) .

Does the damper open and close?
(Normally, the damper opens and closes
each time VANE CONTROL button is pressed.)

Make the damper open by pressing
VANE CONTROL button.

1) Measure the voltage between CN1X1 (+) and (-).
2) Measure the voltage between CN1Y1 (+) and (-).

Replace either or both damper
limit switches (open, close) as
follows.
1) No : Replace the damper
limit switch (open) .

2) Measure the voltage between CN1Y1 (+) and (-).

beep is emitted once as the signal is received.

Turn ON the power supply.

While pressing both OPERATION SELECT

button and TOO COOL button on the remote controller at the same

time, press RESET button.

First, release RESET button.

Hold down the other two buttons for another 3 seconds. Confirm that

the indicators on the LCD screen shown in the right figure are all

displayed. Then release the buttons.

Press OPERATE/STOP(ON/OFF) button of the remote controller (the set temperature
is displayed) with the remote controller headed towards the indoor unit. 1

With the remote controller headed towards the indoor unit,
press VANE CONTROL button.
