Assembly precautions
• Wipe off any old oil compound adhered to the end of the

thermo lead wire and the heater.

• Apply new oil compound at the mounting hole for the

thermo lead wire.

• Pack oil compound in the space between the heater and

the thermistor (heater thermostat).

Remove the thermistor (heater thermostat) clamping screw.
(One special PPT screw 4 x 8, indicated by

Remove the fuse fix plate clamping screw.
(One SW-PW · PP screw 4 x 8, indicated by

A

Remove the thermal fuse fixing screws.
(Two SW-PW · PP screws 4 x 8, indicated by

O

)

Assembly precaution

Set the cord clip at the marked position on the thermal fuse

lead wire, and then clamp it with the screws.

• Assemble the unit in the reverse order of disassembly.
• Always make sure that the unit works properly when

reassembled.
