Calling an operator

To reach the person in charge of call distribution:
Dial

or on the keypad.
Press Dial to confirm.
Calling an internal party by name
You can search in the system directory for the name of the person whose number you do
not know.
IMPORTANT : the Directory key should not appear when an external source is available.
Contact the system operator because the call must the be made from the
Pers. Dir. key, available as the other context-sensitive key. (Voir “Direc-
tory”, page 31).
Terminal idle:
1 - Press the context-sensitive Directory key.
2 - Enter the first character(s) of the surname and/or first name
using the alphanumeric keypad.
3 - Press Enter to display the first search result.
4 - If there are several search results, use the touch screen to find
the correspondent in question.
5 - Select the correspondent.
6 - Then (if you wish) select the type of number to be called
(Office, Home, GSM).
7 - Press the Call . key to call the correspondent.
To call from the secondary line of a multi-line terminal, press
the line key corresponding to this line.
To return to the idle screen:
• Press the End key or the context-sensitive Exit key.
