2 - Enter the number of the phone to be supervised and then 

press the 

OK

 Fox key

3 - Next, select the audible alarm mode via which you want to be 

notified (

Silence - Bips - Ring - Repeat Bip

) and confirm with 

OK.

-> The step is confirmed by a message. The screen returns to 

the list of programmed keys. The status of the key is 
indicated by a tick "Subscriber Intercom Phone xxxx".

The indicator associated with the programmed key informs 
you about the telephone activities of your co-worker and you 
can intervene by a simple key stroke.

To program the supervision of your voice mailbox:

You want to program the supervision function of your voice 
mailbox.

• After selecting the key to be programmed:

1 - Select 

VM Supervision

 and confirm.

2 - Next, select the audible alarm mode via which you want to be 

notified (Silence - Bips - Repeat Bip) and confirm with OK.

-> The step is confirmed by a message. The screen returns to 

the list of programmed keys. The status of the key is 
indicated by a tick before "VM supervision".

The indicator associated with the programmed key informs 
you that a voice message is available and you can access 
your voice mailbox by a simple keystroke.

To program a multi-key function:

You can program the multi-key function on your phone in order to 
be able to manage several calls.

• After selecting the key to be programmed:
