Finding a contact in your Contact List
1. Open the People application.
2. Press the dial pad key corresponding to the first letter of the contact for which you are
searching
i.e. If searching for John Doe, you would press “5” for “J”. Subsequent presses of “5”
will search for names beginning with “K”, “L” and “5” in order.
3. After each key press, the first entry corresponding to that letter (or number) will be
displayed and selected.
4. If no entries with the first character corresponding to the pressed key exist in the
contact list, then no action is taken.
5. Once the contact is found, it can either be used to initiate a call, or other actions such
as edting the contact can be completed as notmal.
6. Once complete, the People application can be closed by pressing Close.
