Test run
1. After installation, and piping and cable
connection, of both the indoor and outdoor
units is complete, check the following items
again:
• Refrigerant leaks
• Power supply complies with requirements.
• Control cables and power cord have been
installed correctly.
2. Check the following items during test run:
• Indoor unit:
• If the temperature difference between the
room and the air blowing out is over 8 C after
operating for 20 minutes in cooling mode.
• If the temperature difference between the
room and the air blowing-out is over 10 C after
operating for 20 minutes in heating mode.
• If the remote control operates correctly.
• If the indicators light on normally.
• If the air vanes swing normally.
• If the drainage is smooth in cooling operation.
• If dew forms and drips from the cabinet or
front panel after operating for a long time.
• Outdoor unit:
• If there is any abnormal sound or vibration.
• If the operating noise and/or air discharge
affects neighbors.
Notes
• Please read this operating and installation
manual carefully before installing and using your
air conditioner.
• Do not let air enter the refrigeration system or
discharge refrigerant when moving the air
conditioner.
• Test run the air conditioner after fi nishing
installation, and record details of operation.
• Rating of fuse for indoor unit controller
is T5A,250V.
• The fuse for the whole unit is to be provided
by the user according to the current at
maximum power input or use other overcurrent
protective device.
• The air conditioner can operate normally and
safely when ambient static pressure is 0.8-1.05
times of standard atmosphere pressure.
• When charging refrigerant into the system,
make sure to charge in
liquid state
. Otherwise,
chemical composition of refrigerant (
R22
)
inside the system may change and thus affect
performance of the air conditioner.
