Configuration: Security
This allows the administrator to configure the security settings to prevent unauthorized users from accessing the
RPM.
HTTP Configuration
Server:
Enabling or disabling the HTTP connection with the RPM.
SSL:
Enable or Disable the SSL function. The user may configure HTTPS protocol to use a port number other
than standard HTTPS port (443).
Redirect HTTP to HTTPS:
Change from the standard HTTP protocol to the HTTPS protocol.
Port Number:
The user may configure port number for the HTTP port (default: 80) or the port number for the
HTTPS port (default: 443).
Once the information has been entered click Apply to save the settings.
Telnet Configuration
Server:
Enabling or disabling the Telnet connection with the RPM.
SSH:
Enabling or disabling the SSH connection with the RPM.
Port Number:
The user may configure Telnet protocol to use a port number other than standard Telnet port
(23).
Once the information has been entered click Apply to save the settings.
IP Filter:
Use the IP filter to lockout unauthorized users. Once the information has been entered click Add to
save the settings.
