reliability of your wheelchair, the maintenance work may only be carried out by an official MINOS
dealer.
The official MINOS dealer is knowledgeable about the technology used in your wheelchair and has
the correct tools. The MINOS dealer can recognise early signs of wear and tear on time and uses ori-
ginal RvS replacement parts.
Preparation for the visual check:
Remove armrests and leg supports. If necessary, clean the wheelchair or parts of the whe-
elchair before the visual check.
Visual check:

Check the chassis, seat frame, back frame and components for damage, rust and
damage to the varnish.
❐
Check the condition of electrical wiring and connections and also how well they
are attached.
General checks:

Check whether all attaching screws are securely attached.
❐
Check whether all built-on and built-in components are securely attached.
❐
Check the attachment of the body work parts, built-on components and
accessories.
❐
Check wiring for any damage.
Chassis:
❐
Check the attachment of front and back wheels
❐
Check the condition of the tires and the tire pressure
❐
Check that wheel suspension operates well, in function and in neutral
Batteries:

Check whether the batteries are clean and dry.
❐
Check whether the battery clamps are securely attached to the battery poles.

Check whether there is any oxidation op the battery poles.
Pushing position/neutral:

Check the adjustment of the handles for pushing position/neutral.
Lubrication:

Pivots and bearings in the moving parts
Final check:
