1.3.4 Accessory Shoe Attachments
Accessories can be attached to the top of the camera using the accessory
shoe mount, such as the included LED spotlight. Follow the steps below to
attach and detach accessories using the accessory shoe mount.
1. Remove the accessory shoe tab by sliding it towards the rear of the
camera.
2. Align the mount on the accessory with the accessory shoe mount and
slide the accessory towards the front of the camera.
3. To remove the accessory, simply slide the accessory towards the rear of
the camera.
1.3.5 LED Spotlight
When trying to capture images or record
videos at night or in a dark environment, and
the built-in flash is not strong enough, the
LED spotlight should be used. The spotlight
has three different settings, Wide, Normal
and Tele. You can change the mode by
pulling the front of the spotlight body out and
the spotlight mode is shown on the top of
the spotlight.
You can charge the spotlight by connecting
the spotlight to the included AC adaptor with
the USB cable provided for charging. Insert
the small end of the USB plug into
to the included AC adaptor. While charging, the LED indicator light will light
up solid red, when finished charging the light will be solid green.
