Reports and Lists

Report/List

Content

Activity report

Includes information such as: time of transmission,
transmission mode, recipient, number of pages, transmission
time and transmission result (OK/error).

Transmission report

Lists the numbers called and the starting time.The report is
printed automatically after every transmission and
transmission error.

Reception report

It includes a list of the confidential and multiple polling
documents as well as the reception error.

Memory data list

Includes information such as: time stored in the memory,
transmission mode, recipient and number of pages.

Image printout

Includes information such as: time of transmission,
transmission mode, recipient, number of pages, modem
setting, dialling mode and a copy of the first page containing
the memory data.

Mailbox list

Lists the stored mailbox documents.

Key allocation report

Lists the settings for group and program dialling.

Broadcasting report

Includes information such as: polling box, transmission mode,
time of transmission and number of pages.

Memory report

Includes details about the programming of broadcast
transmissions and continuous polling. This is printed
automatically.

One-touch list

Lists all recipients stored as one-touch numbers.

Speed dial list

Lists all recipients stored as speed dial numbers.

Status list

Lists the current machine settings.

RAM error report

Prints a list of the machine settings which could not be saved
due to a memory error.

Power failure report

It contains a list of all documents which could not be
transmitted during the power failure ie. data which was lost.
