Polling Reception

The polling reception function is used to poll documents from other fax
machines as long as the documents have been placed either in the feeder
or the memory of the remote fax machine.

Press [FAX] on the control panel.

2

Press [FUNCTION] and [6] on the
numeric keypad.

3

Enter the required fax number(s)
and confirm by pressing [YES].

4

Press [START] to return to standby
mode.

5

Press [YES] to check the
recipients or [START] to start
polling.

❍

When checking the recipients,
you may confirm them by pressing [YES] or erase them from the
polling list by pressing [NO].

The machine starts polling.
