5.2.4. Paging
It helps to find a mislaid Parent Unit. And also useful if one parent is in the baby’s
room and needs to contact the other.
At the Baby Unit press Search/Call Parent unit key (13) and hold for two seconds.
The Parent Unit will emit a tone. The tone can be switched off by pressing any
key on the parent unit or by pressing the Search/Call Parent unit key (13) on the
baby unit once again.
5.2.5. Talk to your Baby
You can speak from the Parent Unit to your baby (perhaps to reassure them that
you are on your way) or to your partner (if he/she is in the baby’s room).
Press and hold the Push to talk button (2) and speak into the front of the Parent
Unit. Release the key to hear the baby’s room again.
Please note that you will not be able to hear your baby while you are speaking to
them until you release the Push to talk button again.
5.2.6. Night light
The baby unit has a night light (14) which gives off a soft light, providing comfort
for your baby and allowing you to see in a darkened room.
You may also turn the night light on and off from the Parent unit. (Please see
Setting section)
The Night Light also acts as temperature status indicator, according to the
temperature range configured at Parent Unit (please see Setting section):
a. When the room temperature is within the range the color of night light is green.
b. When the room temperature is equal to or lower than the Low Limit, then the
night light will change to blue.
c. On the contrary, when the room temperature is equal to or higher than the High
Limit, then the night light will change to red.
5.2.7. Zero Emission and Low Radiation Mode Switch
The baby unit is equipped with a special transmission technology called Zero
Emission. When the baby unit stays on stand-by and no noise or baby crying is
detected, it does not emit any radiation.
The radiation mode in the baby unit could be Low Radiation mode or
Zero Emission mode. To select the mode use the Mode (LOW/ZERO emission)
