4 Pipeline Inspection Reel
4.3 Installing the Backpack Plate
The 120' Pipeline Inspection Reel comes with a backpack mounting plate which allows
the reel to be carried as a backpack. This is useful for transporting the small reel to and
from the job site. This is extremely helpful for climbing stairs or ladders.
Use care when transporting this tool when the reel and backpack are
connected. Tipping may occur.

Removing the backpack plate
1. Lift the release lever to unlock the backpack plate.
2. Pull the bottom of the backpack plate away from the reel
and downward in one motion.
