J. Installing Bottom Trays

Use two people to rotate
welding table.
It is recommended that a piece of
cardboard be placed on the floor to
prevent damaging the finish on the
end subframes. Rotate the welding
table on its side as shown.

Install shelves so that the wider
flange is on the end subframe
and the narrower flange is on
the center subframe.
Use four bolts AA and four locknuts
ZZ to install shelves to bottom
brackets of the center and end
subframes.
Use two bolts EE and locknuts ZZ
to fasten trays to the center
subframe.
Tighten all bolts and locknuts.
Do not install dust tray at this time.
Tools Needed:
1/2 in.
hex bit 3/16 in.
AA and ZZ
EE and ZZ
AA and ZZ
Welding table shown
with optional tool chest.
K. Leveling The Welding Table

Use two people to rotate
welding table.
Rotate the welding table to its
upright position.

Dust Tray Rail Or Tool Chest
Bracket Bolts
Tighten tool chest mounting bolts at
this time, if applicable.

To level the 60S or 60SX,
adjust leveling feet for the
center subframe first. Then
adjust leveling feet for the end
subframes.
Adjust leveling feet until the welding
table is stable and the tops are
level. Do not tighten jam nuts on
feet at this time.
