Overload Protection

READ SAFETY BLOCKS at start of
Section 5 before proceeding.

WARNING

Fuse link F1 protects the grid from
overload damage. If weld output
stops, check fuse link as follows:

Turn Off welding power source and
disconnect input power.

Check and replace fuse link, if

Close rear access door.

Troubleshooting

WARNING

Turn Off welding power source, and disconnect
input power before inspecting, maintaining, or
servicing.

HOT PARTS can cause severe burns.

Allow cooling period before servicing.

Troubleshooting to be performed only by qualified
persons.
