These connectors can be used for system expansion with external boards such as Compact
Flash, Accel Board, IrDA2, Keypad, EEPROM, GLCD/LCD Adapters etc. Ensure that on-
board peripherals are not connected to the microcontroller by setting appropriate jumpers
and switches, while external peripherals use the same pins. The connectors can also be used
for attaching logic probes or other test equipment.
All microcontrollers input/output pins can be accessed via connectors placed along the right
side of the board. For each of the following pins PORTA, PORTB low, PORTB high,
PORTC, PORTD low, PORTD high, PORTF, PORTG low and PORTG high, there is one
10-pin connector providing VCC, GND and up to eight port pins.
