Hot start Parameters
The hot start facility allows you to start a simulation as a continuation of an
earlier run. For this to be possible, details of the finishing conditions of the
earlier simulation must have been saved in a hot data.
The information stored in the hot-data file includes the bathymetry, the initial
surface elevation for the continuation, and the basic model specifications,
such as model dimensions, grid size, time step, etc. These are used directly
by the model and cannot be altered and controlled when setting up the con-
tinuation simulation.
