Messages or faults with the TwinDos system

Problem

Possible cause and remedy

No detergent was
dispensed during the
main wash.

TwinDos is deactivated.



Before the next wash programme, ensure that the

TwinDos

sensor is lit up.

Detergent is not dispensed even though the

TwinDos

sensor is lit up.



Try again.



If detergent is still not dispensed, call Miele.

A new detergent
cartridge has been
inserted, but the
cartridge is identified as
empty when the
machine is switched on.

The washing machine was switched off when the
detergent cartridge was replaced.



Switch on the washing machine.



Remove the detergent cartridge and then reinsert
it into the compartment.

The counter is set to 0.
