Messages or faults with the TwinDos system

Problem

Possible cause and remedy

 is almost empty.
Only a few more
programmes are
possible

The detergent in the cartridge is running low. The
remaining detergent is sufficient for another 4 to
8 wash programmes.

Order a new cartridge.

TwinDos  is
empty. Check wash
result

The cartridge is empty.

Replace the cartridge.

Check if the laundry is clean. There may not have
been enough detergent.
If there was not enough detergent, wash the
laundry again.
