Unsatisfactory drying result
Problem Possible cause and remedy
The laundry is too damp
after drying and

The load is too small. The electronics could not
assess the residual moisture correctly.

Start the programme again and instead of a drying
level select a
Timed drying programme.

In the future use a Timed drying programme for
small amounts of laundry.
During the spin cycle, the laundry formed a ring in
the drum because the laundry was distributed
unevenly.
The laundry formed a ring during the thermospin
because it was too damp or because the spin speed
was set too high.
 Open the door and loosen the laundry.
 Start the drying programme again with a lower
spin speed, or select
Timed drying instead of a
drying level.
The laundry feels damp
after drying. The Pre-ironing Extra was selected.

Unload the laundry and place it on hangers to
finish drying.
Warm laundry can feel damp.

Spread the laundry out to cool it down.
The laundry is too damp
or too dry after a drying
cycle. The desired residual moisture level is between two
drying levels.
 Change the level of drying as described in
“Settings - Drying levels”.
There is still water in
the drum after drying. There is a blockage in the water outlet.
 Clean the drain filter and the drain pump as
described in “Opening the door in the event of a
blocked drain outlet and/or power cut” and check
the height of the drainage point.
