Metal objects stored in a drawer under the cooktop can become

hot when the cooktop is in heavy use over a longer period of time.
Do not store metal objects in a drawer under the cooktop!

~

The cooktop is equipped with a cooling fan. If there is a drawer

below the installed appliance, you will need to ensure there is
enough space to allow for ventilation.
Do not use the drawer to store sharp or small objects or paper. They
could pass through or be sucked into the vents in the housing and
damage the fan blades or otherwise interfere with cooling.

~

Never use two pieces of cookware simultaneously on one

cooking zone, one grill zone or one PowerFlex zone.

Cleaning and care

~

Never use a steam cleaner to clean the cooktop.

The steam can reach the electrical components and cause a short
circuit.

~

If the cooktop is installed above a self-cleaning oven, do not use

it during self-cleaning as this could trigger the overheat protection of
the cooktop (see the corresponding section of the manual).
