Canceling a cooking program

Touch the sensor button for the
selected operating mode or the

 sensor button.

When

Cancel process

 appears in the

display, confirm with

OK

.

The oven heating and lighting will then
turn off. Any cooking durations set will
be deleted.

The main menu will appear.

Preheating the oven

The

Booster

 function is used to quickly

preheat the oven compartment in some
operating modes.

The oven only needs to be preheated in
a few cases.

You can place most dishes in the
cold oven compartment to make use
of the heat produced during the
preheating phase.

Preheat the oven when cooking the
following food with the following
operating modes:

- Dark bread dough, as well as roast

beef and fillets with the

Convection

Bake

/

Convection Roast

Surround

 operating modes

- Cakes and pastries with a short

cooking duration (approx. 30 minutes
or less) as well as delicate items (e.g.,
sponge cake) with the

Surround

operating mode (without the

Booster

function)

If you set a temperature above 210°F
(100°C) and the

Booster

 function is turned

on, a rapid preheating phase heats the
oven compartment to the set
temperature. The browning/broiling
element and the ring heating element
come on together with the hot air blower.

Delicate items (e.g., sponge or
cookies) will brown too quickly on the
top if the

items.
