The given times are for 1 liter jars. For
½ liter jars shorten the times by
15 minutes, for ¼ liter jars shorten the
time by 20 minutes.
To can food use the function "Cook
Universal".

Insert the drip tray into the lowest
level runner and insert the rack.

Place up to 4 jars (even in size) on
the rack. Be sure that they do not
touch each other so that steam can
surround each jar.

Select the function "Cook Universal"
and confirm.
^
If desired adjust the default
temperature (see table) and confirm.
^
Select the time (see table) and
confirm.
^
Use the residual heat by leaving the
jars in the oven for another 30
minutes after turning the oven off.
^
Cover the jars with a towel and allow
them to cool for 24 hours.
