minimise heat loss.
– Cook with as little water as possible.
– Cooking times can be significantly
reduced with a pressure cooker.
– Reduce the power setting once the
water has come to the boil or the oil
is hot enough to fry in.
– Wide, shallow pans are preferable to
tall, narrow ones. They will heat up
faster.
