particles cling

with powder detergent but without
a load.
A stale smell is
in the drum and

White residues
which look like

detergent are
seen on dark
textiles after

(zeolites) to aid water
softening which are not
soluble in water. They

laundry. – Try and brush off the residues with
a soft brush once the laundry is
dry.
– Use a liquid detergent to wash
dark coloured textiles. Liquid de-
tergents usually contain no
zeolites.
Machine is
constantly over-
foaming/excess
detergent light
is on. Machine connected to
a water softener. Connect machine to mains water
and dose detergent for hard water.
Too much detergent
was used. Reduce detergent.
Too little detergent was
used. Increase detergent slightly to bring
back foam suppressant ingredients.
Clothes are
coming out
creased. Programme was
overloaded. Reduce quantity of clothes in drum.
The wrong programme
was used. – Check care labels and the
programme chart.
– Use easy iron conditioners.
