Arranging the wash items in the wash rack
Ø
Remove large leftovers.
Ø
Pour out beverage residues (outside the warewasher).
Ø
Place plates with their upper surface facing forwards.
Ø
Place glasses, cups, bowls and pots rim down.
Ø
Wash cutlery preferably standing in the cutlery holder or lying in a shallow wash rack.
Always arrange the end of handles downwards. Make sure that the cutlery is well-
spaced.
Ø
Do not overload racks, to allow the wash water to reach all dirty surfaces.
Ø
Space the glasses to prevent them from rubbing against each other. This will avoid
scratches.
Ø
For tall glasses, choose a wash rack with appropriate divisions so that the glasses are
held in a stable position.
Start washing programme
Ø
Sort wash rack correctly.
Ø
Open the hood.
Ø
Slide the wash rack into the warewasher.
Warewasher without an automatic hood mechanism:
Ø
Close the hood.
ð
The washing programme starts automatically.
ð
The start button lights up orange.
Warewashers with an automatic hood mechanism:
Ø
Press the start button on the front panel or hood.
ð
The start button on the hood flashes orange.
ð
The hood closes and the washing programme starts automatically.
ð
The start button lights up orange.
