Cleaning agent

Dispensing powder cleaning agent

Use powder cleaning agents or
dishwasher tabs only in the door
dispenser compartment.
Suitable products are available from
Miele.

Cleaning tabs can be used.
Only use tabs that are quick
dissolving. Suitable tabs are
available from Miele.



Add powder cleaning agent or
cleaning tabs to the detergent
compartment.

Detergent dosage



Unless directed otherwise, use one
detergent tab or add 20 to 25 g
detergent to compartment II,
depending on the level of soiling.
With very heavy soiling you can also
add a small amount of detergent to
compartment l (see “Programme
chart”).

Failure to dispense the
recommended amount of detergent
may impair cleaning results.

Liquid detergent

This dishwasher can be fitted with an
external dispenser pump for liquid
detergent (DOS module).

See “Settings menu - External
dispensing” to activate the dispenser
pump and set the cleaning agent
dosage.

For special soiling or if using liquid
detergent dispensed by a liquid
detergent pump, contact Miele for
advice on how to adapt the detergent
dosage to the particular
circumstances.



Cleaning agents containing

active chlorine must not be used.
They can damage the elastomers
and plastics of the dishwasher.
