Additional tester messages
Deep Scan Test
In some cases the tester may need to further analyze the battery to determine whether the battery should
be replaced or it has a significant chance to be recovered. It will then conduct a Deep Scan Test of the battery
for a few seconds. This test will typically be performed on batteries that are in a low state of charge.
Open Battery Switch Before Continuing
Before testing the batteries the battery switch must be opened. Therefore a warning pops up. If the switch
is closed during the test, the test can be disrupted. If a system test is required, the tester will ask you to close
the switch.
