When using an external clock source the dual coloured ext sync LED will
illuminate red until the unit recognises a valid clock, at which point the
ext sync
LED will turn green to indicate that the incoming clock is locked.
Holding down the button at power on resets the unit to its default settings
(internal clock = 96kHz).
