Cleaning the Recesses of the Roller Cover

1. Lift up the Release button in the direction as shown in the graph to open the

scanner cover.

2. When the scanner cover is opened, you can find two recesses at the top of

the roller cover.  Then, clean the levers with a lint-free cloth or a swab

moistened with alcohol or ECO cleaner, as shown in the graphic below.
