The display board can be used in manual mode using the two buttons on the side panel:

button: Simulates a START or STOP impulse
YELLOW L

button: during a “running time” it simulates a LAP impulse; when the timer is
stopped the display board is reset to the starting time

Display board LED brightness can be set manually (from the menu) or assessed automatically
depending on the ambient light detected by the brightness sensor in the lower part of the first
digit. There is another sensor on the fourth digit, but only the one in the upper left corner is used
for active control.
The manual minimum/maximum brightness values range from 0 to 100% at 5% steps (see program
99)
