Warranty and Terms:

MicroFire Limited Warranty:
Microfire products are warranted for quality and offer warranty for parts as showed below:
a) The rechargeable batteries: 180 days
b) Flashlight parts excluding the parts above: 2 years
c) Note: Warranty covers material and manufacturing defects only.
2. MicroFire rights and liabilities:
a) As a non-retail original manufacturer, MicroFire does not accept any direct Warranty claims from
individual customers.
b) Any complaints of the buyer shall only be considered if received from the distributors / dealers of
MicroFire, and buyer's warranty claims are limited to rectification or replacement at our choice.
Liability for consequential damages is excluded.
c) MicroFire’s contractual or tortuous liability for damages of any kind is excluded.
3. MicroFire rights on Designs:
a) MicroFire
®
is a trademark owned by MicroFire Technology Co., Ltd. The company reserves all
rights on design of MicroFire flashlights, Li-ion batteries, charger and any accessories.
b) The company reserves the right to change design and specifications of all MicroFire products
without prior notice.
4. MicroFire Copyrights on Design of Website, Brochure, Manuals, etc.:
All rights on the design of MicroFire website, brochure, manuals and/or all sales publications are
solely owned and reserved by MicroFire Technology Co., Ltd. Reproduction of the site or any part
thereof or of any MicroFire publications is prohibited and will be prosecuted for copyright
infringement
