From the Debugger menu, click Settings to display the MPLAB ICD Debugger
settings.

Select the Program tab.

Check Allow ICD 2 to select memories and ranges, as shown in Figure 4-12.
This setting will speed up operations by programming only a small part of the
total program memory.
