If a lithium battery is at 0V due to over discharge, the charger could repair
the battery which is over-discharged by launching a trickle charge which
could make the battery voltage slowly up. After repair completion, a normal
charging mode would be available.
If the battery voltage doesn’t rise after long time of charging, the charger
would judge the battery damaged. An prompt feature would be
displayed at the relevant channel. Meanwhile, the charging operation would
be ceased.
The charger has a function to activate a lithium battery, equipped with a
battery protection circuit, which is of over discharge. After a battery is
placed, the charger could test the battery and is automatically activated. If
the charger is unable to activate the battery, the battery would be judged

1. The charger is only limited to charging lithium ion battery, IMR battery, INR
battery, ICR battery, lithium iron phosphate battery and Ni-MH/Ni-Cd
battery. Its charging to other batteries than that mentioned above may
cause explosion, battery breakage or leakage, personal injury or property
loss.
