How does one use the Local Web Interface to get going with

a Static IP problem?

•

If Provisioned and Save (not Deployed) in the Portal, Local Web Interface can

set Static IP in 3 screens and device is Deployed)

•

If Deployed, then for security reasons, the Local Web Interface requires an

interaction with the Portal for a password

•

Take home message: If static IP is likely, then Undeploy before sending to the customer

•

An Undeployed unit can quickly be set to a Static IP in 3 screens without requiring a
password from the Portal
