Pressure change continuously:
check air inside pump or plants. Check for dirty inside pump, valves good condition. Check filter and
gaskets.
Pressure sudden decreases:
check for dirty filter and valves. Then check gaskets.
Pump is noisy:
check for air suctions. Clean and move valve. Clean filter. Check water temperature. Check mechanical parts, in
particular ball bearings.
Water inside oil:
change oil and look for damages on gaskets and rings. High humidity may cause this inconvenience.
Water losses from head:
change gaskets and rings.
Oil losses:
change oil gaskets.
Switching on, there is “hum”, but the motor doesn’t turn:
immediately turn off the motor, and verify if the pump isn’t locked. Check
if voltage in the electric net is corresponding with data on the label. Remember that long power cords may cause voltage losses. Verify
voltage at the pump plug.
The motor stops suddenly:
thermal protection has switched off the pump for too high temperature. Check if voltage is correct, if pump
shaft isn’t blocked or hard to turn. Wait ten minutes, then restart pump.
The motor don’t start:
check electrical connections, plug and switch. If necessary, wait for thermal switch restarting.
