6.6 Daily use
For a daily use, proceed as follows:
1.
Turn on the main switch of the machine.
2.
Switch on all peripherals units.
3.
Clean tool interface of spindle.
4.
Attach a properly balanced tool in the spindle.

ATTENTION!
The spindle can’t be operated without an inserted and fixed tool in the
clamp. Failure to comply with this condition will damage the interface and cause the
ejection of the tool, collet and nut.
5.
Start the spindle

ATTENTION!
In case of a temperature below 20°C, the spindle need some time before to
accelerate to maximum speed. Unacceptable thermal differences in bearings can damage
them.
In daily use and by a temperature of spindle below 20°C, the spindle must gradually
run up to 50% of maximum speed and run at this speed for about 10 minutes. Finally,
the spindle can accelerate to maximum speed.
