13. Enter the product water activity from
into the Measured AW field.
14. Enter the reference moisture content value from
into the Measured MC field.
15. Do NOT enter a value into the Linear Offset field.
This value will be calculated in SKALA Control from the numbers entered as Measured
AW and Measured MC.
16. Click the Calculate offset button.
An offset value will appear in the Linear offset field.
17. Click the Save button.
