Intended Use
Pressure sprayers FLEXI 3131 and FLEXI PLUS 3131P are designed for
spraying water, plant protection products including weed killers, and liquid
fertilizers.
Pressure sprayer FLEXI PLUS 3131P is also designed for spraying low-viscosity
detergents.
Not suitable for, and not to be used under any circumstances for:

highly flammable and flammable liquids with a flash point below 55 °C.

Solvents and liquids containing solvents
•

•
highly viscous or sticky liquids or liquids that leave residue which cannot
be completely rinsed out of the device.
Products other than those approved by the manufacturer as well as usage
for purposes excluded above are not in conformity with proper use. The
manufacturer shall not be liable for any resulting damages or for
unauthorized modifications to the device.
Your Safety
Check each time before using:

Are all parts that are under pressure and convey liquids free of damage?
•

Are those parts functioning properly?
Replaced devices that are damaged or not functioning properly
immediately.
Follow the spray manufacturer’s instructions.
Do not leave device in the sun or for a prolonged period under pressure.
Never direct spray at persons, animals, or bodies of water.
Only liquids with a flash point above 55 °C are permitted!
Do not unscrew the pump head from the tank when device is under
pressure.
Do not blow through clogged nozzles or valves with your mouth.
Making the Device Ready for Use

Rotate the wheel on the pump side of the tank. This will depressurise the
tank.
•

Unscrew the pump from the tank.
•
••
•
Add spraying liquid to the tank up to the filling line.
•
••
•
Screw the pump tightly onto the tank.
•
••
•
Generate pressure in the tank by activating the pump (approx. 19
strokes).
Use

•
To spray, activate the lever on the pump.
•
••
•
Releasing the lever interrupts the spray process immediately.
•
••
•
Optimise the spray pattern by rotating the nozzle.
After Usage
•

•
If the tank is still under pressure, rotate the wheel on the pump side until
the device is depressurised.
•

•
Unscrew the pump head from the tank.
•
••
•
Do not pour residue down the drain.
Dispose of surplus environmentally harmful products as hazardous waste.
