Gathering (optional)
* The gathering foot is an optional accessory not supplied with
this machine.
Set the Pattern Selector as illustrated.
1. Attach the gathering foot.
2. Sew a single row or multiple rows of straight stitches.
3. If more gathering in required, loosen the upper thread (to
about 2) so that the lower thread lies on the under side of t h e
material.
4. Pull the lower thread to gather more of the material.
